Shipping and Delivery policy:

puraidoprints ships your order with various courier services like Blue dart, Xpressbees, Delhivery,FedEx etc. It takes up to 3-10 working days for shipping. We will not be responsible for any kind of delays in delivery or loss of the purchase or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier. You will be informed once your order is shipped, through email and/or text message. The products that have been bought by you are personally created on order. However, the products that you buy go through a quality check and if there is any issue with respect to the product, we will rectify it subject to certain terms and conditions.

Note- depending upon the stock availability at the time of ordering. Our in-stock items are usually shipped within the time limit of 5 days.

Customers can return their order within 3 days after an order has been delivered.

In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided through your original payment method or bank account.

To return your product, you should contact us with the details through support@puraidoprints.com or any of our social media pages. We'll let you know where to mail the product.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

SHIPPING
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 2-10 business days. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
puraidoprints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the local authorities.

RETURN REQUEST DAYS
puraidoprints.com allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 3 days from delivery. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.

IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES
According to your Country's import policy rules. We are not responsible for extra import duty & taxes.
