Refund policy

Return & Refund – Terms & Condition:

  • customers can exchange/return their order within 3 days after an order has been delivered.
  • the product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition.
  • the product should be returned along with the original packing.
  • if there is no default in the products as per the reasons mentioned above, the courier charge for returning the product will be borne by the customer.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. if 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

wrong address - if you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

our claims department will process claims on your account when any one of the following occurs:

  • if the product is received damaged on delivery.
  • if the product is not what was ordered.
  • if the order does not reach the customer within 21 days of the original estimated delivery date.

we will replace the items with new products in accordance with or will refund the partial or complete amount.

we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse because every product is printed to order. so, please take your time and decide before ordering.

If we get any cancellation notice before the product has been processed, the order shall be canceled immediately, and the entire amount will be refunded. but if the product is found to be printed or already shipped, the cancellation request will not be approved. we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in certain situations depending on the availability or the quantity of the product for purchase. Sometimes shipment may take 7-10 working days also to dispatch. if your order is cancelled after you have been charged, the esteemed amount will be refunded to your merchant account within 15 days. we will not responsible if any shipment is delayed by logistic partners.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If in special cases the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
